Returns

In accordance with European consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your SIHDAM order — no justification required.

Withdrawal period

You have 14 calendar days from delivery to notify us of your intent to return the item, and 14 additional days to ship it back.

Return shipping

Customer

Return shipping costs are at the customer's charge, unless the item is defective, damaged or non-conforming — in which case SIHDAM covers the return.

Refund

14 days

Once the return is received and inspected, we refund the original payment method within 14 days, including the initial standard shipping fee.

Conditions

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in their original packaging, with all tags attached.
Items showing signs of wear, washing, perfume, smoke or stains will be refused and returned to the customer at their charge.
Customised, made-to-order or sealed hygiene items (e.g. underwear) cannot be returned, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
Sale or final-sale items are non-refundable unless faulty.

How to return an item

Step 01 — Email contactsihdam@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the item(s) concerned.
Step 02 — We confirm and send you the return address and instructions.
Step 03 — Ship the parcel back within 14 days of our confirmation, using a tracked service (we recommend it — packages lost in return transit remain the sender's responsibility).
Step 04 — Once received and approved, we refund you within 14 days on the original payment method.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To change a size or colour, return the original item for refund and place a new order — this guarantees the new size stays reserved while in stock.

Defective or damaged items

If your item arrives damaged or non-conforming, contact us within 7 days at contactsihdam@gmail.com with photos. We cover the return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund (including legal 2-year warranty for hidden defects).
