Every SIHDAM piece is dispatched from Europe. Orders are prepared by hand in small batches, so please allow a short processing window before shipment.
1 to 3 business days
Orders are picked, packed and quality-checked within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays). During drops or pre-orders this window may extend up to 5 business days; the exact delay is shown on the product page.
A tracking number is emailed as soon as your label is created.
Customs duties, taxes and import fees outside the European Union (incl. Switzerland, UK, USA) are at the recipient's charge and not included in the price displayed at checkout.
If your package has not moved for more than 7 business days, contact us at contactsihdam@gmail.com with your order number — we will open an investigation with the carrier.
